Four Sources of Competitive Advantage
There are four sources of competitive advantage, organized in two dimensions. The first decision is whether a company wants to provide the best solution for customers' needs, or to provide them with less barriers to the customer. The second decision is whether to use a universal factor (Cost or Quality) or an individualistic one (Variety or Access). Andrew Soave explains the four sources and the importance of selecting only one source to base your business on. Filmed on June 4, 2017 in Waterloo, Canada www.stallionenterprisesintlcorp.com
