530,000 bpd refinery. Work was part of a multi-site implementation of hydrocarbon loss control. Required site-specific setup of new processes and systems with corporate oversight and guidance.
Our team implemented a meter oversight program for all inbound and outbound materials. We assessed specific bad actors (e.g. Benzene) and led meter replacements to more accurate types for each material. We developed sediment and water (S&W) testing process and retrained all suppliers and staff for all incoming crude.
