The problem

Non-profit allograft tissue bank making skin grafts, bone putties and other products. Preparing to partner with a major sports medicine company. Conducting a competitive analysis to reduce costs and improve inventory / fill rate.

Our approach

Our team analyzed workflows, management systems and key roles. We identified significant gaps in planning and production processes that led to excess inventory clustered in low-volume SKUs. We developed collaborative roadmap to implement a robust and effective S&OP cycle.
