Client was a major Property and Casualty insurer in Canada. The insurer was the result of a merger completed 5 years prior, with complementary lines of business to gain efficiency and scale. Much of the organization was still operating under two different cultures.
Our team conducted process mapping and observations to identify sources of waste, including redundant steps and unnecessary handoffs. We implemented “fail-fast” submission processes, revised KPIs for improved accountability, and reduced errors through templates and fewer handoffs.
