Luxury towboat dealer and watersports outfitter was seeking an automated ordering form for boat sales. The app would be used by salespeople in short term and could facilitate customer direct-ordering or online quotations in long term.
Our team developed an excel-based ordering framework which included boat models, customizations and add-ons. We added functionality to show mock-up of chosen model + color scheme with add-ons. We trained salespeople and other client stakeholders to use, troubleshoot, and automate.
